Being the business of home staging in Jacksonville, FL for close to fifteen years, I’ve heard and seen it all. I’ve seen homes that have been staged sell for thousands over the asking price, I’ve seen homes sell within six hours of being listed, and I’ve seen my business grow as more sellers realize that to get top dollar for their homes they must be staged.

During that time I’ve also had the nay-sayers that say staging is just about plumping pillows and fresh flowers. Well, yes those things do help but staging a home to sell is so much more.
As professional home stagers, we combine our interior design skills with proven real estate marketing strategies to turn your house into a home buyers paradise.  Our job is to highlight your homes best features to appeal to the largest amount of buyers in the shortest amount of time.

As the leader of this team, it starts with me, Christy McCarthy.

I’ve spent years building my team into what it is today. A well-rounded professional team of women who go above and beyond making sure our clients have the best design and staging services available in Jacksonville. Having to keep a close eye on the business side of things I depend on these women to carry out my vision daily. Without them, I would be nothing!

Katie Jones is our kitchen and bath design expert.

She uses her expertise to show our clients what our recommendations would look like in print.  Taking our ideas and making them a visual presentation Katie is the heart behind our CAD services.

Lindsay Miley is our occupied home staging specialist.

When vacant staging isn’t an option, Lindsay works her magic by rearranging and selecting those items that will highlight a homes best features. Her knack for making small changes that make the biggest impact is her forte.

Lea Hudson heads up our vacant staging division.

Her attention to detail shows in every photo she takes.  Offering our staging clients listing photos that make their home stand out in the crowd is what sets our vacant staging services apart from the rest.  Being the face of Interiors Revitalized throughout Jacksonville, Lea makes certain that we have a voice in the business community and the vacant staging industry.

Alejandra Vila de Rivera is all about the details.

I like to say she’s the one responsible for plumping pillows and adding fresh flowers.  With a background in organizing and decluttering it’s her attention to detail that completes the story.
