Take Care of Repairs

If the buyer notices something that needs fixing and doesn’t think it is worth investing in, they may not offer as much for the house.  This could result in a lower sale price than anticipated, or even no sale at all, if the buyer backs out of negotiations. It can also be frustrating for buyers, because many properties will need some updates when purchased. It is important to invest in repairs before putting your property on the market, so potential buyers can see what you have done to maintain your investment and decide whether or not.

Declutter Each Space

They need to feel and experience the house before they can make an informed decision on whether this is the place for them. More often than not, they use their sense of sight first.

Using lovely candles or essential oils to fill your home with a pleasant aroma, and strategically placed lighting to add warmth and depth to a space will insure a positive first impression.
