Located in the core of the Southside area of Jacksonville, it draws a wide variety of residents. With this, it was important to keep the design clean and bright to appeal to all. Revolving around the architecture we kept with the Mediterranean style. The clubhouse is used often for entertaining so maximizing  seating, comfort and flexibility was crucial.
